table titles?

I use tables on my site to keep info aligned and easily moved around. Is there a way to attach a title graphic to the top of the table, to eliminate the need to reposition the titles of the tables each time content is added that requires repositioning?

Also is it possible to add new cells to the top instead of bottom of the table so that newer content can be added to the top?

Yes of course - with either the whole table selected (or a particular cell/row)

Item>Table>Insert row/column…

If you have a cell or row selected you get more options

Start of Table, End of Table, Before Selection or After Selection
