I dont have any of the Templates but I suspect that the word you refer to is a Link and you will find it’s styling in the Links Styles Palette.
Note that Link Styles can be set on a Page-Wide basis in the Inspector when nothing on the Page is selected OR on an Item specific basis when you have an html container selected - look in the same place (under the Paintbrush icon in the Inspector)
