Sorry if I describe a known and discussed problem, I did search for it here, but couldnt find anything useful:
I have a problem with positioning one html-object on top of an html background.
In Safari and Firefox the site looks okay, but on a windows machine an IE 7 the upper html-objet is cropped:
I’m trying to get around this for nearly a week now, but I dont get it and therefore searched for help here.
You have set the line height of the text style (leading) to 0.6px –
well, maybe not, but Freeway is interpreting it that way. To control
the distance between lines that end in a hard return, set the Space
Before and Space After settings of your text style instead. Freeway’s
leading attribute doesn’t work so well.
IE is less forgiving than Safari, and tries to give each line only 1px
(half a px is impossible, even for dopey browsers)
