time for me to move on

Greetings and thanks to Walter, Delta Dave and a 100 others,

I have taken a new job 180 miles from my old home and there are almost no Mac computers in my new job description.

I do manage a 150 mile long network that runs mostly down the Klamath River in Siskiyou and Humbolt Counties so the change in scenery is great. 3 herds of elk, hundreds of deer, bear and ringtail cats at night along with Bald Eagles and Red Tailed hawks during the day.

In a day or two I am going to remove my name from the softpress forums and I just wanted to say bye & thank you all.

PS If Bigfoot does exist they are probably all around me. There is a 20’ statue just a 100 yards from my new home.

Congratulations on the new job, and sorry to hear about the PCs… Let’s not say goodbye, let’s just say you’ll be a “less active poster”, shall we?

Cheers,

Walter

That’s a beautiful area, you’re very fortunate. I used to live in northwest WA state, not too different in terms of landscape. Good luck to you, I hope you enjoy your scenic surroundings.

I agree with Walter. Your input is always welcomed and appreciated here so why not stay on the list and drop in between bigfoot sightings.

All the best in the new job and enjoy the fresh air (and snow, I imagine)!

Congrats, but no need to remove your account. We’ll eave a light on for ya if ya come back.

If you DO see a Sasquatch and you can take a picture, PLEASE make sure your camera is focused!
