Is there a way to make a gradient 50% transparent? I would like to place a transparent gradient over another object but the transparency tool is inactive. I have tried using different Blend combinations, but they alter the color of the other object.
If there is a simple solution, I would be happy to hear about it

Hi.
Sure it´s possible but not for all involved gradient colors at once. Tick your gradient to make it active now find the “Solid Color tab”. Select the color from your Gradient and set the Opacity at the Solid Color: tab.
