truncated URL's

My SEO guy for this customer wants a URL that spells out the info. Example

Not dc-wi.html

Hope this makes sense. How do I solve this problem?

In your Freeway Pro document, select menu File > Document Setup… then click
the Output tab…

At the bottom is Max. filename length, and switch that to fit what you
think you need.
