# Unable to import JPEG or PDF Files

I have no clue what you guys experiencing - the linked image is simply dragged to Intaglio´s canvas and looks as crisp as the original:

So I recommend you to take your Console logs and write to Nick via Intaglio´s support section of its website: [http://www.purgatorydesign.com/Intaglio/support.html](http://www.purgatorydesign.com/Intaglio/support.html)
