I found my user-installed templates at:
/Users/my-name/Library/Application Support/Freeway 5/Templates/General
Not exactly intuitive for non-unix/linux types. Perhaps a right-
button pop-up menu to allow deletion of any user-installed template
from the window where we chose a template?
