If I want to upload a freeway project using a free-standing ftp program, Transmit, for example, because I want to upload to two additional hosts and don’t want to change the upload data within Freeway every time, what files from freeway do I need to upload?
All the files that need to be uploaded are contained in the Site folder you selected in ‘File>Document Setup…’ when you started. Select everything you find in that folder and upload, but do not ever change anything in the folder, as this could cause problems later.

You do not need to upload the _siteinfo file when going through uploading manually. You may also consider not uploading blank.gif if you’re not using any tables on your web site.
_clear.gif does the table reinforcing, blank.gif is used by the PNG-
fix stuff for IE.
