This is so good I had to share it here. Peek is a free usability testing service that promises to deliver a 5 minute video of a real person using your site. Within the hour!
I just tried it out and they kept their end of the bargain. They said it might take a few days because things are busy for them right now, but it came back within an hour. It was completely free and had no ads (I think there’s a three free videos a month limit, so you can’t just go crazy).
