Hi, is there a tutorial out there on how to use an Exhibeo gallery in Wordpress?

Hi!

How are you planning to use it within Wordpress? How it gets added will depend on how you’re intending to use it.

Hi Joe,

thanks for your response. I’d like to use on one post as a gallery.

All the best,

Ancient thread, but I have same Q. Google found this thread, so updating for others’ sake.

Have some success with an iframe and just loading files needed to root folder.

Not sure if its my theme, or wordpress proper, but I have had various small layout problems with thumblie, bloxx and showcase. Currently digging into the css for showcase to see if that helps with the need to scroll down to see thumbs.

Bookkeeping post:

Got it working 100% with both showtime and thumblie in wordpress. Steps below should work with any content management system (CMS) though.

  1. make exhibeo project

  2. save to html

  3. make proper html page in editor of your choice

  4. my head section looked in part like:

  1. add Exhibeo data

  2. upload project’s html file and folders to your server. I used / for simplicity.

  3. in wordpress page/post, add

For me, the sticking points were improper head section and possibly some ftp issues.

This post should be a good starting point for others who are having difficulty.
