Verizon Spam Filtering

Recently, Verizon seems to have been filtering some small bulk emails I’ve been creating in FWP that have some graphics with HREFs to my FatCow website server. When I delete the graphics, and bulk mail strictly html text, it goes through fine. The minute I add a graphic that’s sitting on my FatCow server, it rejects it as spam. There’s no ‘street talk’ in the messages, no foul graphics, nothing that might be thought of as spam.

Any ideas? (There are some ‘key words’ in the text, such as free and coupon, etc., but the message as-is goes through. It’s only when I have a HREF to a graphic residing on my FatCow server. ???

Look at your Verizon bill and find the Customer Service 800 number.

Ask for the NOC number. NOC is Network Operations Center.

When you get a professional you want their SPAM department. Then you tell them your domain and they will probably send you a email that you must reply to and 48 hours later you will be out of the filter. By the way ask if they have any guidelines?
