Video nasty!

Trying to show a video on a client’s website. I am pulling my hair out!

The You tube action doesn’t work and adding HTML5 video just results in the damn thing loading forever.

I thought this would be easy.

Can anyone point me towards a tutorial that works!

Can you share a link with what you have so far. and when you say the YT action doesn’t work - can you expand?

I can see that the YouTube (non-HTML5) page is calling for the movie with a link of http://www.youtube.com/embed/http://youtu.be/cfYqa_h3des?enablejsapi=1&autoplay=1&autohide=1&controls=1&hd=0&fs=0&start=0. Removing the “http://youtu.be/” part makes it work fine - but how this got in there is difficult to say without seeing your file. I recommend you send the file (just the Freeway file) into Support email@hidden but use WeTransfer or Hightail if it’s over 7MB.

If the HTML5 page is on the file as well we can have a look at that to see why it is slow to load - but it looks to me as though it is simply a case of the video being particularly large in file size. Please let us know how large it is.

Hi Keith

I am emailing a download link to Support for your attention.

The video size is 5.2mb.
