Wedge Layer scrolling text padding?

I’m looking to somehow offset the right hand side of the text box using this action - so that it doesn’t push all the way up against the scroll bar (which doesn’t look very good).

That’s it above -excuse the mess - my design is total crap… LOL I’m still working on a concept for my Master Page.

Or perhaps I need to be using a different action then? :-/

Once again I went and answered my own question - padding is possible - but it has to be done on the destination layer - and to do what I wanted, the padding had to be customized.

Will still be interested in alternate options for scrollable text boxes - maybe something with a less clunky scroll bar? Thanks!

maybe you could use the carousel action >> http://actionsforge.com/actions/view/15-carousel

then you could put each service package you provide in a seperate panel with a tab for each

demo here >> http://scripty.walterdavisstudio.com/carousel/

although the demo uses the old version the new one is simpler to set up but gives the same effect

just a thought

Thanks for that - I was actually just recently looking at Carosel as an option for site wide navigation in my Master page (though unsure if it can contain linkable items per section). Hadn’t thought about it as an option to scrollable text. Neat idea!
