just curious. is it possible to add a window at first start up? what I mean is that when someone opens the webpage they are greeted with a (important message) that sits in front of the main page that they can then close. The sort of thing I mean is similar to the annoying (congratulations you have just won) messages you see!

No that’s not it?
What I need is my page to open and then a little window to hover over the fron of the main page with a message in it, the viewer will then have to close the little “pop up” window to carry on viewing the main site.
