What is the black dot in front of pages

Under my site folder I notice that some pages have black dots and others don’t. What does the back dot represent that one sees to the left of each page.

Basically that changes have been made to the page but the page(s) have
not yet been published.

You will see most pages instantly get this ‘marker’ if you change a
style, if you move an item on a page then that page will show a black
dot.

Hope this helps.

Gee, good question. I’ve wondered this myself for ages but didn’t
take the time to see if it was in the manual anywhere. Now I’ll know
when I’m editing my site, I’m sure it will help!

		Thanks, Carolyn
