OK, installed Tab Button.fwaction and Tabs Area.fwaction into FWP 5 and made it to step 6 in the tutorial

where the heck is the Tab Button Action? I put two graphics atop the Tabs Area section (e.g., hitting the Insert Graphic button, making two rectangles, and typing some text inside). But the Tab Button Action… where is it? It’s not in the menu, no matter what I items I have selected on the main page.
