Wireframe Apps

It’s been interesting to watch the proliferation of wireframe apps the
last few years, especially the web-based variety. Lots of options from
free to ~$600. JustInMind http://www.justinmind.com is just one of the
many out there but they have a surprisingly nice free version of their
full-featured $500 app. It might be worth a look if you’re in the market
for such a tool but don’t want to spend “industry standard” prices for
one of the Big Boys or pay a monthly service fee.

Lots of good reviews detailing the myriad of options, too. Definitely a
buyers market.

Yep, that’s a popular one. I tried the demo, it’s nice for low fidelity
prototyping. The downside for me is the limited export options. I need
one for high fidelity interactive work that can output html, css, js
files and Axure and Justinmind look like the best candidates. I’m amazed
at all the available prototyping options. Pretty cool.
