Wow slider spinning wheel and php form problems

Hi

I’ve just loaded a site for a client (my first stab at a responsive site from scratch).

However there are two problems that I can’t work out whats wrong.

1, the wow slider has a constant spinning wheel (like it’s still loading) - how do I get rid of that?

2, The Contact page is taking me to an error page which I don’t understand.

If anyone could shed any light on these problems I would be eternally grateful

Regards
Kevin

The loader gif is showing because it should be behind the wow slider content and isn’t. Why not just delete the file from your webspace. ‘progress.gif’

You do know that the contact page does not have to have a .php suffix? Change it to contact.html and see if it shows then - does your hosting plan support php?

You also have supersizer in there which along with wow slider is loading jquery twice and also prototype and scriptylightbox

You have way too much javascript going on - some of which doesn’t play well with the others.

Hi Dave
I got rid of the progress gif and Background Supersizer successfully.
I change the contact page back to html and it now loads. However the form does not send. I was under the impression that form pages had to be .php

Absolutely not if you are using one of the FW actions ie PHP Feedback Form or SendForm or GoDaddy (yuck!)

The form page itself is standard html - it is the processing page that should be .php and both those actions create the .php processing page for you.

I guess you are hosted with GoDaddy? Too bad! Well known for their form issues.

Have you tried the action in its standard form - ie not selecting the hosted on GD option.
