I have FW 5.6.5 on work iMac and home laptop. The site (images, site folder, etc.) is stored on Dropbox. All actions are common to both computers.
When I open my site on the laptop after it’s been saved, published, uploaded from the iMac, every page has the “this page has been changed” dot next to it, which I assume means I have to publish and upload the entire site. Is this normal?
Why does opening the site on a second computer change every page?
If the path to the two site folders is different, that might do it. Are your users named identically on both Macs? Also, clock differences can make this happen, although I’m not sure how many minutes’ drift it takes.

The user names are different. Otherwise the path is MacintoshHD/Users/(name)/Dropbox/Sites/OSPC
Is this merely an annoyance, or am I risking anything continuing as I am?
I could add a new user to each computer, BKJFreeway or the like and switch over to that for FW use, but that’s probably more of an annoyance than just uploading every time I switch machines.
