The Paypal store is offering 20% off iTunes gift cards through the end of today (March 20, 2014). The deal must be pretty popular because their web site is having a hard time keeping up. I ended up getting $75 worth of gift cards so I could purchase Coda 2 for $60.
Please note that with both of my transactions (one $25 and one $50 card) their ordering system appeared to have crashed when finalizing my purchase, but shortly after I received an emailed receipt and the iTunes codes. Plus, a quick verification of my PayPal account indicated the orders were successful.
