Action conflict

Everytime I open up me FW doc, I have to go into Edit>Actions and turn off the ‘Pic to lightbox image’ action that appears at the top of the window, and turn on the ‘Lightbox action’ that appears at the bottom of the window. This then triggers a change in the document, meaning when I upload, all the lightbox resources get uploaded again (there are 50-60 images through out the site contained in various lightboxes). This take 30-40 minutes each time.

This happens when I make this change, save and close. When I open again I have to do it all over.

I have looked in the Actions folder in the library and there is no ‘Pic to Lightbox’ action there, so how can I remove it from my document? I can supply a screen grab of the Edit Actions Window and Actions Folder

If it’s at the top of the list when you open the document it sounds like it’s an Action that’s embedded in the document. When you save the document after deselecting it from the list of Actions it should remove the Action from the document - if not you may need to go through and manually remove it from the items it’s applied to and save it.

Hope this helps,

Joe
