I installed and Action forge plug in, how can I remove it?

Open up your Actions folder: In Finder, hold down the Option key and pull down the Go menu. Choose Library from the list (normally this is hidden). Open up the Application Support folder, then the Freeway 5 or Freeway Pro (which means v6) folder, and inside there, the Actions folder. Actions are text files, and if you drag one out of there to the desktop or the trash, it will be removed from the menus in Freeway.
