Actions Palette Visible?

I am trying to get this FreeCounter2 to work on my site and I have a code I’m supposed to enter in the actions palette. OK, how do I get to that? I’m stumped.

Look in the Window menu. It’s one of the many extra control areas you
can enable in Freeway, just like Quark or InDesign with all the
floating toolboxes and such.

Thanks and yup… right after I posted this question, I gave it one last try and sure enough found that. That happens so often. I get flummoxed, then ask a question, THEN figure it out on my own.
