Sorry to hear that you have not heard from me - but this seems to be the first I have heard about this. I have not received any message from PayPal about your purchase. Could you email me privately with the transaction ID and your name, email address you used to buy the Action, and I’ll try to track it down. I’ll also need the date the Action was purchased.
As far as I can tell, all the transactions listed in my PayPal account have been processed.
