Adding Open Strings to atypical chords

Hi Guitarshreda,

Yes, you can add open notes to any chord!

There are some examples in the “Choosing open chords” section of the User Guide on pages 72-3. (Choose Fretspace User Guide from the Help menu to view the User Guide.)

Whatever fret you choose as the first fret of a chord box, you can always click behind the first fret to add an open note.

I’m putting together a chord chart for my students. In it I have some chord voicing which use higher positions and open strings. Is there a way that I can incorporate both?
