Can I add sound track to freeway site ?

You can import an audio file (e.g an mp3 or mp4/aac file), and Freeway will publish it as an HTML audio element — so long as you have HTML5 set as the HTML level in the HTML Output pane of the Inspector palette. You can set this on a master page. (You may also be able to set it for the entire document in Document Settings, if you have not previously changed it in the Inspector palette.)
There is an autoplay option for audio elements, but some browsers (e.g. Safari on iOS) will disable it because many users find it annoying. I’d suggest you leave it turned off for the same reason.
