No there isn’t. But you can simulate the same effect by careful attention to your text line heights and using the page grid/guides to make sure HTML box tops align in unison.

Hello
Bit of a long shot but, is it possible to align text to a baseline grid, like in print (InDesign and QuarkXpress)?
I would love to create a site, like with print, where all the text fits to a vertical baseline grid.
Given that Freeway is very similar to InDesign and Quark I’m sure it would be possible for FW to add an ‘align to baseline grid’ option, giving FW even more of a competitive advantage over Dreamweaver etc.
There are tricks for doing this, but they rely on you adjusting your
design, not anything the software can do for you. You need to set a
grid on your page which is a multiple of the base font size. You need
to set all of your leading in units that are a multiple of your grid.
It’s not simple to do. There’s a whole book on the subject by Khoi
Vinh, which I’m halfway through.

Maybe but the problem is with the visitor’s browser and how the page
is subsequently rendered and that cannot be influenced.
