As JDW stated the apps phone home to ensure the payment cycle is fulfilled within each 30 days period.
That would be a surprise and non-typical gesture by Adobe since the onset of releasing the CC. To allow Muse use or any app, without customers needing to continue paying, is contrary to whole CC model and structure.
If you have the full CC plan then its included anyway, but not for a single app Muse user. Intrigued what you discover Barry.
