Not that I am aware of. Some Action authors host their downloads at
their own servers, and merely post their version information at
ActionsForge. So for the ones who do that, you could probably get a
link from them to access the files directly. I built ActionsForge on
the same server where I host a lot of other sites, and that’s where I
have all of the Actions I have ever released. I don’t have a quick way
to mirror that onto another server without a lot of extra engineering.
I am working today on moving my sites within Joyent to a completely
different server on a different IP address. This might clear up the
problem you were having. (My own reason for doing this is that I will
finally be off of the creaky old CentOS TextDrive server and on to a
spanky new Solaris SmartMachine virtual host.)
In other news, Joyent support have reached out to your ISP to try to
solve your problem, which is apparently caused by a setting at your
ISP, and not by Joyent. I don’t have any follow-up on that front, but
I will let you know if something changes.
