Thanks to Delta Dave who pointed out an issue with the function that removes duplicates from the list of Scriptaculous libraries attached to the page, there are new versions of the following Actions:

This same bug does not affect the other Actions, because they don’t apply the entire range of libraries to the page, only individual ones (usually just Effects). I’ll post the details to the Actions list shortly.
You would probably only be bitten by this bug if you applied Observer to multiple items on your page.
Protaculous is a bundle Action. All of the Actions listed are combined into what appears to you to be a single file. (It’s actually a nested folder structure with a special file-type extension that the Mac OS treats as a singe file. If you visit any of the pages for any of these listed Actions, and download one of them, you have just gotten all of them.
