A domain I registered with Fasthosts on July 2009 has yesterday disappeared out of my account at Fasthosts and into a company called Heart Internet. I have never heard of them and sit here aghast at this. I certainly did not initiate any transfer procedure.
Before it moved across to Heart yesterday morning, I was able to login to Fasthosts and see why the ICANN email confirming all Contact info for this domain had the wrong Billing Contact info. I could see that in my FHosts account there it sat with the correct Billing Contact info and later that morning it just disappeared and I only found out where it had gone my contact FHosts.
Does anybody have any idea what has happened here?
