You can try loading monitoring code into your site, one such provider is http://www.statcounter.com this will allow you to see which pages your visitors are looking at and what exit links are being used.
Well, I’m looking for something more specific. For instance, my web provider has something called “AWS Stats” that tells me which of the sites page’s people entered on and exited from. But, what I’m looking for is something that tells of the hundreds of links on the site, which are people clicking on.
Sadly, there’s nothing automated. In both, you enter the link on their site, and it generates an intermediary link which then immediately re-directs to the link you want. As users click on the link, it records that someone clicked on it. Useful, but it means every existing link in Freeway would have to be re-established to the intermediary link, which, depending on the site, could be a whole lot of work.

I prefer the interface over GA and the real time tracking is a cool feature. A great review here on Joost de Valk’s blog - http://yoast.com/clicky-analytics-review/
