is there a way in freeway to achieve a background to expand with the browser viewing or look at the example below… how would I get this look

Very easy … it’s just an image that is repeated of the x-axis of the page … nothing more, nothing less.

When you apply a background image to the page or to an element (using the Inspector) there are pickers labeled Vertical and Horizontal that you can choose to set to Tile (default) or center or left/right/top/bottom.
