Bad File Format

After adding a border only to the right side of an inline HTML box, Freeway added the border to all four sides of the box. It wouldn’t let me change the border after that, as all of the options in the Border section of the Inspector palette were grayed out. So I decided to “Revert to Saved.” That’s when I got this error:

“Could not open document because file format is bad (-26001:56:400)”

Now I can no longer open my document and my last backup was over two days ago (I’ve learned my lesson). Anyway to recover/fix my Freeway document? This seems like a very crucial fix before the release date, if it is indeed a Freeway problem. Thanks for any suggestions!

Contact support. With any luck, they may be able to resurrect it for you. There’s no harm in asking, and if you ask now they’ll get the email in the AM GMT!
