Big area menus

I haven’t used that (or any) template, so I’m not certain how that one was made.

Your subject line leads me to think that maybe the Big Area Menu Action was used, which could be a clue how to get this to work. I would definitely not duplicate any existing menu elements, but rather add on to them using the same technique as the normal CSS Menus. You should find an element on the page somewhere (or on the pasteboard) containing an unordered list of links. That list is the data input for the menu. It should be left un-styled and contain plain-text links, one per list item. You can nest it to any degree.

Perhaps Tim Plumb will see this and weigh in, since he wrote the Action. Here’s all the documentation I could find of it in a brief search: http://actionsforge.com/actions/b-a-m-big-area-menus

Thanks for the reply.

It’s not that I want to edit the links that already exist, but create new ones, so that the extra pages have their own. If you have a look at the template, the master page has some extra bits across the top of the page, so the template has a total of five pages in three folders.

I want to have more than just the five pages. I’ve worked out that I can create new links by creating duplicates that sit alongside the existing links. But for some reason all of them work bar one page, which is baffling.

I’m asking out of ignorance, here, btw, thanks for any help.
