Hi. Is there anyway to automatically adjust the word and letter spacing when a paragraph is justified? Some paragraphs look good, and other have hugh gaps. In InDesign I can set a minimum and maximum for spacing to prevent this.

HTML justification is quite immature and naive. I wouldn’t count on any browser getting this right until they also get hyphenation working at all, let alone properly. If you care about your type and its readability, don’t justify it at all.
If you need a strong right margin line (visually) consider using a pale background color and some padding to give that effect to your text block.
