Bilingual site?

I think this has been discussed before but I couldn’t find the thread: for an artist’s site I would like to offer the text in English and French. Do I have to duplicate each page with the alternate language or is there a simpler way?

You have to have separate pages, and there’s an Action to automate the
serving of one language or the other using Apache Content Negotiation.
Have a look on ActionsForge for the Action and instructions.
