Binding text to a path

Looking for some method of having 1/2 the text ride over the top of a circular path, and the remaining words to ride under the same circular path. Placing a “Return” in the text string was the method in another graphic app. Can’t seem to find the intaglio way to accomplish this.
Thanks.

Pretty sure you need a second circular path and your text split in two sections.

Thanks for your reply Frank.
I tried and Intaglio seems to always choose to place the type on the upper arch of the circle.
That is, binding the bottom of the text string to the path.

How do I bind the upper portion of the text string to that path?

If I try to duplicate the lower section of the circular path with a separate curved line (not part of a true circle) I do get nearly what I want.
However it is NOT ACCURATE.

I want to place text, upright, bound to the lower portion of the circular path. Thanks
