black line on one side of graphic..???

Hi , please can anyone help… I’m getting an unwanted black line along the top edge of a rectangular graphic (a photo). It’s not on the original photo and when i expand the image or shift the photo in the graphic box the black line remains there. Frustrating but i’m sure there’s a simple answer… isn’t there?

See if changing the output mode from JPEG or GIF to PNG makes any difference. Also look at the Anti-aliasing setting. If it’s on Automatic, change it to pick a color that’s similar to or exactly like your background beneath this photo.
