Blogger fonts wont change

I just created a new blog for part of a site and the template went
fine in FW5. When I preview it, the fonts in the blogger templates
turn to the default proportional fonts. When I upload them to
blogger, I get the same thing. My custom edits on the fonts are not
working. You can view here:

The fonts should be Helvetica and dark grey for the post, among other
changes.

Fonts for what part?

You can only use the standard web fonts for regular text, because those are rendered by the viewer. if they don’t have the font you chose they won’t see it.

Yeah, I wasnt making any wild choices. I played with it all day. In
the wee hours it was coming together, but only after I opened a
couple of the posts and re-formatted them at blogger.com. The
settings I made on the template in FW wouldnt stick - dont think they
are still. I was putting Helvetica for the post body for example -
turned into Times Roman. Tried Verdana, nothing. I tried so many
ways… hope it all runs smoothly by this weekend.
