I have a css menu bar near the top of my page. When I view the page in
firefox it moves the menu up slightly, yet if I preview it in chrome or
safari it does not move up. When I finish will my osage look messed up when
you see it in firefox?

I have not tried that. I do not even know how to. I did not publish it yet,
I’m just looking at it in the preview browser setting.

All I am saying is that I would be more concerned how IE handles it before being too worried about FF.

You really need to get your stuff online so that you can test properly.

This is where friends and family on PCs come in handy!

Once uploaded there are a few services that can show you a screen grab of the page - sometimes helps.
I suspect that your menu is moving up only slightly - maybe 1 or 2 pixels. I normally try and get it right in FF then have a look online at a screen grab in IE as that is the browser most of your visitors will be using.
