Bug Report and feature request

Hi,

I’ve been using Intaglio for some time now (and think it’s great! ). I just wanted to report a bug i’ve found and ask for a new feature based on my usage.

Firstly the bug,

I’ve found that you can’t copy and paste into the spotlight field in the ‘open’ menu. Instead, it pastes into the already opened document.

Secondly, the feature request.

I use ‘Grapher’ to generate sin(x) curves, export the document as a pdf, open pdf in intaglio, use ‘object > convert > pdf for editing’ to separate the pdf and extract the sin curve from the axis etc.

I can now edit this curve but only up to a point. By making the curve thickness bigger than 1pt or changing it’s colour the two ends become joined by a straight line. Changing the thickness of the curve up to and including 1 pt works fine.

I admit you probably hadn’t envisaged this round-a-bout route of generating sin curves for editing in Intaglio but if the curve properties could be edited without the two ends joining up it would be great

Cheers,

Chris
