Hello,
I’m setting up a website form my son’s Boy Scout troop and would like to include a calendar that I can setup to send out automatic reminders to all parents and scouts. I tried Google Calendar with Gmail; however, the filters only allow up to 20 forwarding addresses. I will need to forward the reminders to ~ 60 people.

You could just use your own mail app and set up a group that you can mail the URL of the calendar to.
