Can I add margin to a centered item?

I’ve got a centered item. By default when I go into Dimension > Margins the left and right are set to ‘Auto’. Is it possible to add 10px left and right margins (on a centered item)?

No, but you can add padding to the container outside of that image to give it the same effect.
