    Are you asking for a cross-platform file format? SVG and PDF would be my first choice - it depends on how complex your work contains filters and effects. I´m a heavy user of cross-platform open-source Inkscape.app in company with Intaglio. Affinity Designer is another alternative vector editing cross-platform software.
