I have built some rollovers but every time I try to place them on the graphic “background” they go underneath the background. I have tried repeatedly to set them to Arrange>Bring to Front or to set the background as Arrange>Send to Back, but nothing works. I have also made sure the background and the buttons are not combined graphics.
What am I doing wrong?
