Can't select control points on lines or boxes

I’m using Intaglio on Mac OS 10.9.4 and ever since I upgraded to 3.5.1a, I can’t select a line after I’ve drawn it. I can draw it but then I can’t select it by clicking on it like I used to. I CAN select it by click-drag a box around it, but, even after I do that, I can’t resize the line by clicking on one of the control points like I used to. Same for any object, not just lines.

Sorry, still on 10.8 here and with no issue -but did you try the current 3.5.2 beta version? It does correct various bugs…

Yes, this is an issue with me as well with Intaglio 3.5.4 (currently the latest version) and OS X 10.9.5.

What is actually happening is that the cursor does not “click” on the pixels directly beneath it, but rather on pixels slightly above and to the left of it. This can be verified (by trial and error) by positioning the cursor slightly below and to the right of a type of node that makes the cursor change into a different widget. The cursor will not change its shape on the node (as it should) but will change at a point below and to the right of the node.

This behavior does not take place at zoom levels 200% and above, so that is currently the work around for me.

I’ve been a long time user of Intaglio but this behavior is frustrating and needs to be addressed by the developer. If you can’t select an object reliably then the application becomes unusable.
