Capture webpages as png or pdf

Until just now I was using Paparazzi for downloading/capturing complete webpages, but this one might be worth to be given a try as well …

Thanks for the link Richard - it looks like an interesting app.

However I hate offers like this that make you jump through hoops before you get the Freebie - to me that is not FREE!

Well … I already followed them on Twitter, so just a retweet was all it took

And so the World turns.

Absolutely - as your followers are going to be like minded to you it is a valid retweet.

I just feel that I don’t want to submit others to unnecessary advertising - of which they get too much already. I would rather let people know on a more personal level if I thought it would be something of interest (as you did by posting here) to avoid the advertising overload.

I don’t want to be forced into it.

I may have mentioned this before but I use PageLayers (http://www.pagelayers.com) which not only saves web pages as PNGs but also fully editable PSDs. It is so easy to grab a PSD of a web page and edit it to show a client changes.

Similar to an app named Layers that does, I think, essentially the same thing. Maybe the same dev? Though I don’t think it’s available any longer.

But $35 for a screen capture app? Yowzah. Will it cook dinner and give massages?

Hi Todd,
I’ll check the features as I’m sure those options will be in there somewhere!

It is very similar to Layers. Although I still use Layers for app UI work (again good for doing screen shot comps etc) I tend to do all my web screen shots in Page Layers. Layers used to have a demo but I don’t think Page Layers does which is a pity.

Tim.
