As far as sending me the file, I doubt that would help, since what you
write here makes it pretty clear that you’ve hit a bug in Freeway.
Actions can create files, and link them to the current page, but there
are some edge cases where this process gets munged up. Removing the
Action and republishing the page will clear the bug, at least until
you change the number of files that Freeway has to publish from within
Make sure you have the very latest version of Freeway installed, and
if you hit this problem again, you can clear it up by removing the
references to the Action, publishing the document once, and then re-
applying the Action.
